Judith Oude Sogtoen is the CEO of the DDMA.
Judith is a strategist and change manager with a broad background in digital transformation, marketing, data intelligence, sales, and operations management. With over 20 years of C-level experience in data, marketing, and sales, Judith has made significant contributions to both commercial and non-profit sectors. She has held senior leadership and board member roles in several industries, including media, digital publishing, broadcasting, IT, retail, consultancy, and international non-governmental organizations (INGOs). Judith has extensive experience in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies.
In her previous role as CMO and board member at AMREF (INGO), she achieved among others double-digit revenue growth, increased brand awareness and organized innovative events. Her international experience extends to change management and enhancing the effectiveness of marketing and sales organizations focusing on data-driven and customer engagement strategies and implementations.
