On March 15, the global marketing industry launched a second Global DEI Census in 34 markets around the world.
At GDMA, we see diversity, equity and inclusion as business critical. We take very seriously our internal commitments, as well as the importance for our industry, more broadly, to reflect and support diverse communities and the diverse customers whose lives we seek to improve.
We are proud to support the industry’s Global DEI Census 2023 as an independent, completely anonymous survey investigating people’s experience of working in the marketing and advertising industry across the global .
Give 15 minutes of your time to add your voice to the survey, so that the census gets the largest, most robust participation possible. The survey takes place between 15 March and 15 April around the world; it is 100% anonymous and the data collected goes back to research company, Kantar, and is not directly shared with participating companies.
This initiative is delivered in partnership with the WFA, Cannes Lions, Effie, Advertising Week, Campaign Magazine, Adweek and others.
